At SEES, we strive to deliver products that meet the highest standards of quality. If you’re not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return by following the guidelines below.

 

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

 To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be returned within 14 days of delivery.

• Be unworn, unused and unwashed.

• Be in its original condition.

• Include all original tags.

• Be returned in its original packaging.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

 

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

 The following items cannot be returned:

• Final Sale items.

• Gift cards.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered or damaged after delivery.

• Items returned without prior approval.

• Your order number

• The reason for your return

• Photos of the item if it arrived damaged or incorrect

Once your request has been reviewed, we’ll provide you with further instructions.

Please do not return any items without contacting us first.

 

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photos of the item and its packaging


RETURN SHIPPING

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the item received is incorrect or arrives damaged.

For your protection, we recommend using a tracked shipping service when returning your order.
